TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Inaugural Pickleball Tournament presented by Luxury Estates International. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering, sponsoring, or participating in this event, you agree to be bound by these terms.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The event will take place at Chicken N Pickle, Las Vegas, in Spring 2025. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Baller Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting children and young adults battling cancer.

REGISTRATION

Participants must complete the online registration form to join the waitlist. Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Minors may participate with written consent from a parent or guardian. Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

SPONSORSHIP

Sponsors must complete the sponsorship form and submit payment to confirm their participation.

Sponsorship packages are subject to availability and may include specific benefits outlined in the sponsorship agreement.Sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

EVENT PARTICIPATION

Participants must follow all rules and instructions provided by event staff. Luxury Estates International and Chicken N Pickle reserve the right to remove individuals who exhibit inappropriate behavior or violate event rules. Participation is at your own risk. Luxury Estates International, Chicken N Pickle, and the Baller Dream Foundation are not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

Luxury Estates International reserves the right to use images, videos, and other media from the event in promotional materials, social media, and advertising without compensation.

LIABILITY WAVER

Participants, sponsors, and attendees agree to release Luxury Estates International, Chicken N Pickle, and the Baller Dream Foundation from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage during the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with participating in or attending the event.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

Luxury Estates International reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, registered participants and sponsors will be notified promptly.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected during registration or sponsorship will be used solely for event purposes. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from participation in the event shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
